Fabian Camargo

Fabian Camargo is a leadership and management coach with a background in Software Engineering. He loves the craft of coaching and helping people achieve their goals while becoming their best selves. He has been coaching full-time since 2019. He has coached leaders from entry-level managers to SVP and every level in between. Prior to this, he had a 22 year career as a software engineer, making his way from entry-level engineer to Director.

He has a Certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being from George Mason University, a B.S. and M.Eng. in Computer Science from Cornell University, and is an ICF-certified coach (PCC).v
