Dr. Maisha Gray-Diggs holds the unique distinction of being one of a few engineering leaders who pivoted to ascend the ranks of talent acquisition leadership. She completed undergraduate and doctorate degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from MIT and Northwestern University, respectively. She is the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Twitter, Inc. When not competing for talent, she shares her time and talents with organizations focused on equity and access for the underrepresented; eye, organ and tissue donation; youth empowerment; and STE[A]M.
