Dileshni Jayasinghe is currently a Senior Engineering Manager at PagerDuty. She manages the engineering teams building the Rundeck product line at PagerDuty. Prior to becoming an engineering manager, she worked as a software engineer for various companies such as Unata (acquired by Instacart), FreshBooks and in the education industry. 

Up until 2020, Dileshni ran a successful tech meetup in Toronto that focused on mentoring and growing tech speakers within the Toronto tech community. 

She lives in Toronto with her toddler and husband. Whenever she is not running after her toddler, you'll find her playing ball hockey and scuba diving.
