Clement is an engineering manager at MURAL. Prior to MURAL, he worked at GitLab where he overhauled the frontend technical interview process to make it less prone to bias and help raise the bar. Clement has spoken at many conferences around the world and most recently a MBA candidate for the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
