Meetings are some of the most expensive and disruptive tools at your disposal for collecting and sharing information, especially in the remote world. While useful for discussions, they require planning around time zones, and are potentially cutting into people’s deep work time.

Asynchronous meetings, the oxymoron, are the solution!

Asynchronous meetings are meetings where the participants don’t gather together at the same time. Instead, information is made available to consume whenever is convenient for everyone invited, making the meetings less disruptive—but still different than just sending an email!
