When you’re shipping a product with your team, how do you define what quality looks like? It’s one thing to test a product and ensure its general functionality before launch, and another to determine the quality bar early in the process with its end users in mind.
Think “what takes a video game from being simply playable to an unforgettable experience?” In this talk, I will cover the value I’ve added as a quality owner on my game development teams and how aligning with my team early in the process to define what “good” looks like, significantly improves both the quality of our games and the relationship with our players.
