A taste of what's to come at LeadingEng West Coast
Every leader needs some reassurance that they're heading in the right direction, that's why we created a conference specifically for Heads, Directors and VPs of Engineering. LeadingEng is a full-day event dedicated to addressing the challenges faced at the highest levels of engineering management. The day consists of a powerful mix of interactive sessions, in-depth case studies, and guided discussions with peers at the same level.
Eligibility criteria
LeadingEng has been conceived as a roundtable event. A seating plan will be featured so that attendees are amongst peers from organizations of similar sizes and complexity. This has been done to foster insightful conversation so that everyone gets the most out of the conference.
To preserve the integrity of the event and ensure the best possible experience for the participants, LeadDev asks that all engineering leaders in the room be managing managers or holding highly senior positions.
The seating plan will be based on the information you provide, so it's really important we understand more about you. As such, attendees are asked a series of questions when purchasing a LeadingEng or Manager of Managers Premier Pass conference ticket to determine if they fit the eligibility criteria.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate those who don’t meet these criteria. Registered delegates that do not meet the criteria will be notified by the LeadDev team within seven working days and issued a refund.
