Marianna Budnikova

Marianna is a multipotentialite engineer and tech lead with a BS and MS in Computer Science. Her experience spans Android development, data science, machine learning, augmented reality, and developer experience. She believes the hardest part of software engineering isn’t code—it’s humans. She is currently a Staff Software Engineer at Adobe, where she works on the native Android video editing experience for Premiere. Previously, at Cash App, she led Release Automation and Tooling Systems initiatives focused on improving engineering culture to be more human-centered for both developers and customers. Earlier in her career, she worked at Microsoft and Dropbox. Marianna lives in Portland, Oregon, with her husband, parents, and son.
