Marianna Budnikova

Marianna is a multipotentialite engineer and tech lead with a BS and MS in Computer Science. Her experience spans Android development, data science, machine learning, augmented reality, and developer experience. She believes the hardest part of software engineering isn’t code—it’s humans. At Cash App, she leads the Release Automation and Tooling Systems team, where she focuses on improving engineering culture to be more human-centered for both developers and customers. Previously, she worked at Microsoft and Dropbox. Marianna lives in Portland, Oregon, with her husband, parents, and three-year-old son.
