Vadim is passionate about both people and technology. He has led engineering teams at Bloomberg for 7 years, and now heads an organisation with several teams across London and New York. In his spare time, he devours leadership and self-development books, writes articles and creates videos to help other software engineering leaders. His aspiration is to one day publish a book about software engineering leadership.
