Originally from Brazil, Tutti majored in Computer Engineering and started her career as a software engineer in 2011. Since then, she's worked for companies like Bosch, Samsung and various startups in 3 different countries (Brazil, UK and Japan).

She's managed engineering teams, technical trainings and is currently the Lead Program Manager for Diversity & Inclusion and Learning & Development at Mercari.

Besides her main job at Mercari, Tutti is also one of the Directors of the Tokyo chapter for Women Who Code. She’s passionate about technology, education and actively engaged in empowering women and increasing diversity in the technology industry.
