Tacita Morway

Tacita Morway is VP of Engineering at Applause, where she leads the teams building critical systems behind global digital quality control and crowdtesting. She has 20+ years in tech, with leadership roles at Textio, ActBlue, and Salsify, and has spent much of her career helping teams move through ambiguity without losing judgment. Tacita speaks on AI, engineering leadership, and what it takes to make smart bets when the path is incomplete, the risks are real, and the pace is uncomfortable. Her recent work includes a TEDxBoston talk on shaping AI we can trust and a course for Jellyfish’s Engineering Leadership Academy.
