She’s grown from a web engineer in her early career to an Engineering Manager, but her journey hasn’t been just about tech—it’s also been about navigating the world with neurodiversity. She’s diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and suspected ADHD. She is a married mother of two young boys—one of whom mirrors many of her traits. Neurodiversity and her boys have been a driving force behind her approach to leadership and problem-solving.
