Sreenivasa Reddy Hulebeedu Reddy is a Sr/Staff Software Engineer at BNSF Railway. With more than 14 years across enterprise AI, healthcare IT, and telecommunications, he has led the architecture of large-scale production systems. At AT&T, he was Lead Engineer and AI Architect for a conversational AI platform serving over 50+ million users, where he introduced semantic caching to reduce LLM costs. At Optum/UnitedHealth Group, he built an electronic prior authorization system supporting millions of members.

Sreenivasa is an IEEE Senior Member and ACM Member, and a long-standing peer reviewer for IEEE Press/Wiley, Taylor & Francis, and Manning Publications. He writes on engineering leadership and applied AI, including for LeadDev.
