He is currently working as a senior engineering manager at Factorial, where he enjoys working closely with product to improve delivery and impact for his team and company. He is dedicated to helping others grow and develop, returning what he received from his mentors, and takes great joy in the success of his team members. Roger believes in having fun at work and is always up for a challenge.
