Rich is the Director of Engineering at Legal and General. Having spent 12 years in consultancy, working for a number of technology and ecommerce organizations, Rich moved to L&G and has built a talented in-house software engineering team from the ground up, bringing in cloud, DevSecOps and agile principles.
