Rachael Granby
As Karat’s Senior Vice President of Interview Delivery, Rachael Granby leads the teams responsible for creating a best-in-class interview experience for candidates and companies around the world.
Her teams are inspired to do this through delivery of interview and assessment products, as well as a global community of hundreds of technical interviewers, to help tech hiring be fair, predictable, and enjoyable. Rachael joined Karat in 2021 following product leadership roles at Wonder and Seeking Alpha.
She holds a master’s degree in applied economics and resides in Seattle, Washington, where she enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with her children.
