Nick Smyth is a seasoned leader in engineering with a career spanning decades, currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Harness since January 2021. With a tenure at Puppet for six years, Nick has demonstrated expertise in various leadership roles, including an executive team engineering lead. Their significant contributions include establishing a 30-resource team and setting up the Belfast base for Vello Systems, playing a pivotal role in the transition of Q1 Labs to IBM, and delivering key security products. Starting their career at Nortel Networks in 1994, Nick has consistently shown a strong commitment to engineering excellence and leadership.
