Neil is VP Engineering Management at Element. Neil tries to bring an open, and people focused approach to engineering leadership, he is passionate about growing high performance, inclusive teams focused on building fantastic products. 

Outside of work Neil likes play guitar (loudly), to run (slowly) and spends much of his time working on dinosaur impressions for his kids.
