Neha Jain is an Engineering Manager at LinkedIn and leads the team that powers integrations with LinkedIn’s Economic Graph keeping our members privacy forefront. With over ten years of experience as a full stack software engineer she has expertise in a wide set of technology including RubyonRails, Java, Python, Machine Learning, and building scalable solutions. Three years ago Neha transformed her career by becoming an Engineering Manager on the team that she was a tech lead for. She compassionately shares feedback with her team members - good, bad and ugly - and coaches them to realize their full potential. Through her open, honest and constructive feedback she helped up level all the engineers on her, enabling each one to take on expanded scope as well as career growth.

Outside of work, she is a mother, mentors diverse talent at Holberton School and founded PiMothers – a blog to share the inspiring stories of mothers in STEM. Neha is a keynote speaker and was recognized as a Top 10 Women in Cloud in 2017.
