Natalie is an experienced engineering team lead with a passion for building high performing, happy teams. She is focused on ensuring technical and operational excellence whilst delivering and supporting innovative products. She has lead both platform and software engineering teams and is currently leading the Delivery Options team at Metapack. In her spare time she likes learning (non-programming) languages, travelling and cooking.
