Miri Curiel leads engineering and product teams beyond the blame game and into the realm of effective work practices. Her work experience as VP R&D, in early-stage startups as well as large companies, shaped her vision: to help hi-tech companies scale up their engineering teams, delivery processes and work culture. Additionally, she is the co-founder of LEAP, the VP R&D Scale-up Program.

Miri is a passionate advocate for women in senior roles, and a popular speaker on the subjects of management and diversity. When she doesn’t speak, she sings in a classical choir.
