Over the years I've accumulated diverse experience spanning large scale projects for UK Government and transforming digital delivery at Cloudflare, Expedia Group and the BBC. In addition, I've led smaller project teams too, supporting high-growth, award-winning start-ups and designing and implementing inclusive communities, structures and systems within professional services firms. I'm currently Director, Technology for Expedia Group where I lead a team of engineers responsible for the Checkout experience of the Hotels.com and Expedia and delivering the next generation experience too. I've previously held senior engineering and leadership roles within Cloudflare, Expedia Group, the BBC, GDS, Skimlinks and as European Head of Professional Services at international IT services and software consultancy ThoughtWorks. I'm a London Business School Sloan Fellow, where I had the privilege to be supervised by Professor Lynda Gratton, the world-leading authority on people in organisations.
