At Hired, he is focused on growing a strong Engineering Team and culture to facilitate the build of amazing products and technology. Prior to Hired, Dave held a few other stints as CTO across various industries, from digital payments to digital education. He lives on Long Island with his wife, daughter, son and 2 rescue dogs, and volunteers with his local community.
