As an agile team leader, he prides himself on his ability to take a group of individuals and turn them into a high-performing team, such that the team is greater than the sum of its parts. As a people manager, Chris has helped struggling engineers refresh their careers and has helped many good engineers become great engineers. 

Originally from Montreal, Canada, Chris now calls London, UK his home from which he enjoys travelling the world and experiencing the vivid theatre and music scenes to his heart's content! When at home, Chris is an avid video game and board game enthusiast and loves spending time with his dog and two cats.
