Cathy Pank

Cathy is an Engineering Lead at Snappet, an edtech company in the Netherlands. Originally from the UK, she’s spent the last decade working in the Netherlands and earlier a year in Spain. With 30 years in IT spanning roles between developer and CTO, she’s learned that technical skills alone don’t make teams perform well.

A serious knee injury two years ago paused her playing field hockey and football but started her coaching journey from the sidelines. This shift revealed insights about team dynamics and psychological safety that enhanced how she leads engineering teams.
