Be is an Engineering Manager at Peloton, on the Web Members team. This team is responsible for members.onepeloton.com, where Members can plan and take workouts on the web. Prior to that, she was a Senior Software Engineer, and she also did some stints at the Recurse Center. She is excited about building inclusive products and inclusive teams. She helped kickstart Peloton’s initiatives in Accessibility, and currently works on accessibility as the Engineering Lead for Peloton’s Accessibility and Inclusion group that works with different teams across the organization.
