Ankita is a Senior Engineering Technical Leader with 12+ years of industry experience. She is passionate about growing developers and leaders. She worked for several companies such as WealthSimple, IBM, Loblaw Digital - ShoppersDrugMart, Rangle.io and more. As a senior leader, she has grown a lot of folks in her career, and her mission is to help mentor folks in all stages of their career.

She has architected and scaled many web and mobile apps for clients using React, GraphQL, React Native and Next.js. You may know some of them: Tim Hortons, Burger King, Popeyes, Borrowell, WealthSimple, Moleskine and more. She enjoys teaching and public speaking, so she created a course on Next.js and gives conference talks worldwide.

Lately, she has been pursuing entrepreneurial opportunities and working on her business creating digital products.
