Aaron Silverman

Aaron Silverman is a Staff Engineering Manager at Datadog, following its recent acquisition of Eppo. He leads the feature flagging team, which helps top software companies around the world safely deploy, test, and learn from features. Prior to Datadog and Eppo, he scaled engineering teams from three to forty engineers and contributed to successful outcomes at multiple growth-stage startups, including three exits. With deep experience in automation, data tooling, and developer productivity, Aaron brings a pragmatic approach to building high-performing teams. He is also an active advisor to rural startups in Colorado, where he lives with his family and occasionally runs mountain trails.
