Raphaela is a computer scientist from Berlin with 10 years working as a Ruby Backend Developer before moving into engineering management a couple of years ago. She has been working for Babbel, Travis CI and is currently working for Contentful.
As a leader, she strives to build inclusive teams and psychologically safe environments based on trust. Raphaela is a feminist, loves Berlin curry wurst, enjoys practicing yoga and recently started to study sociology and political science part-time.
