Dr. Michaela Greiler is an independent advisor and researcher in software engineering and founder of Codalytics, a research and advisory practice focused on improving developer experience and engineering practices. With a PhD in Software Engineering and experience at Microsoft and Microsoft Research, she combines empirical research with hands-on work on code reviews, developer experience, and AI-assisted development. She has worked with companies including Microsoft, BMW, Wikimedia, Wix, and National Instruments. She led the research behind DX, now part of Atlassian, helping organizations measure and improve developer experience.
