Chris is a senior engineering leader, lately focused on frameworks and programming languages as ratchets: tools which help other developers to build better software. He was the tech lead for LinkedIn’s desktop web application and the go-to expert for LinkedIn’s TypeScript adoption, founded and led the Ember.js TypeScript team, and was a member of the Ember.js Framework team. He is also an active composer of contemporary classical music, a half-marathoner, a typography nerd, an espresso and whiskey aficionado, and—most importantly—a dad, a husband, and an Anglican Christian.
