COVID safety guidelines

The following guidelines are accurate as of June 9th 2023. The information below is given as a guide as to what to expect, but it is subject to change.

As always, your safety is of paramount importance to us and we are working closely with the venue to ensure that we follow official guidance and best practices when it comes to COVID safety. If we are required to amend our entry requirements or COVID-19 guidelines before the conferences we will update you by email. Everyone in attendance at our events, including ticket holders, sponsors, speakers, members of staff and our service partners must comply with all updates.

All government-mandated COVID-19 restrictions have now been lifted however, please keep in mind that some of our attendees may be vulnerable and not comfortable socialising as before. Please respect all attendees' individual wishes on social distancing and mask-wearing.

Enhanced Safety Precautions On-Site

  • Additional regular cleaning of the venue including key touch-points.
  • We provide hand sanitizers around the event space
  • The venue also educates and trains all of its employees on all COVID-19 protocols and guidelines.
  • If you feel unwell or have any COVID symptoms, we kindly ask that you do not attend the conference.

If you start experiencing COVID symptoms during the event, please leave the premises and email [email protected] to inform the event organizers. If you have purchased a ticket on behalf of someone else, please pass this information on to them.

Our priority is to deliver a safe event that brings the LeadDev community together and we look forward to seeing you there. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly: [email protected].
