After hours at LDX3 New York
The conversations didn’t stop when the sessions ended. On the evening of day one, over 200 engineering leaders, speakers and sponsors swapped the conference hall for the water at the LDX3 boat party.
With New York’s skyline as the backdrop, the night soon turned from networking into a full-on celebration. Guests who’d spent the day talking engineering strategy and AI tooling were out on the dance floor together. It’s the kind of evening that turns a quick booth chat into a real relationship.
For sponsors, it’s a rare chance to connect with attendees away from the expo floor, in a setting where people are relaxed, open and genuinely enjoying themselves. Many of the best follow-up conversations start here.
What sponsors had to say about LDX3 New York

LeadDev puts a little bit more intentionality around connecting the people that are interested in the right things. Those tailored connections are really incredible to ensure you’re actually talking to the right people.
Marilyn Cole
Head of Engineering Operations, Jellyfish

The quality of conversations have been far beyond our expectations. We are very confident we will get back more than what we put in. It feels great.
Clara Kridler
Chief Operating Officer, RWX

Being able to do demos and the roundtable gives us the opportunity to meet people where they are. Not to pitch, but to understand their problems so that we can answer [them] better.
Heidi Waterhouse
Senior Technical Product Marketer, Octopus Deploy

The advantage of LeadDev is actually meeting decision-makers on the floor. We’ve had a lot of good conversations with decision-makers who are genuinely interested in learning, which is refreshing.
Shai Alani
VP of Marketing, Hud

One of the biggest differences at LDX is it feels actually incredibly intimate. Our booth is big, but people come in close and really ask intelligent questions and engage with us, engage with our products.
Todd Hausman
Product Researcher, Augment Code

We’re really excited to follow up with all the different teams and attend more LDX events in the future. We’ve already told our boss we need to sign up for more.
Lauren Phillips
Account Executive, Blacksmith
