Every engineering leader is being asked two questions right now: Are we getting value from AI? And, how much? Most teams can’t answer either with data. In this 80-minute, hands-on workshop, you’ll learn a framework for measuring agentic impact and how you can use that data to increase business ROI of all your agentic investments.

Scalable and successful agentic adoption comes down to three factors: environment, behavior, and outcomes. Most organizations focus on the outcomes, but without environment and behavior as leading indicators, you can’t tell whether or not the adoption of agentic development caused the outcome change. And without all three, measuring your return on agentic investment remains a guess.

During this workshop, you will get access to a GitKraken sandbox to gain hands-on experience with real-world agentic development measures of business impact, ROI and outcomes delivered by  AI agents. You will also learn how to set up an agentic adoption team leaderboard. Utilizing this data, you will identify what is working and what is not, and learn how to approach different stakeholders with different communication strategies.

Participants will learn:

  • How to compare different mixes of AI agents across different tasks and metrics
  • How to make agent adoption and autonomy actionable to help upskill engineers
  • How to bridge the AI spend and knowledge gap between tech and business
