Tuhin Subhra Mitra

Tuhin is an Engineering Manager at Doctolib, where he leads a distributed engineering organization spanning France, Germany, and Italy, managing both individual contributors and engineering managers. Based in Amsterdam, he works daily in Kotlin and Java while spending increasing time at the intersection of engineering leadership and applied AI — building multi-agent systems for code review, running rigorous evals on coding-agent context strategies, and designing tools that let context persist durably across sessions instead of being lost.
