Shine Garg is a former Staff Software Engineer with 15+ years of experience building and scaling systems in high-growth environments. In her most recent role, she led the design and delivery of critical platform and architectural systems used by 400+ engineers, with three patents granted for that work.

She is now the founder of Uncharted Path Breakthroughs, where she works with senior and Staff+ engineers on challenges that often come without a playbook: navigating ambiguity, expanding scope, and building influence. Her perspective is grounded in years of operating in complex technical environments and translating that experience into practical, real-world guidance.
