Pratik Rasam

Pratik Rasam is an Engineering Manager at Spotify, where he leads the team behind ads-ai, the AI agent platform powering Spotify’s advertising creation workflows. His team built a multi-agent architecture that lets multiple teams independently build, test, and deploy AI agents within a single service, spanning ad script generation, audience targeting, brand extraction, and performance analysis. With six production agents owned by three different teams shipping through one service binary, his work focuses on making agentic AI practical at scale: easy to scaffold, safe to iterate on through prompt versioning, and owned by the people closest to the problem.
