Michela Federico

Michela Federico is a tech leader with a passion for transformation, developer productivity, and sustainable ways of working. She created the Continuous Mindset, a framework inspired by DevOps and cognitive science to help individuals and teams achieve fast flow and continuous growth. At Unite Students, she leads the Customer Experience Website Team, guiding technical decisions, improving developer experience, and mentoring engineers. She collaborates across departments on cross-functional initiatives and supports hiring and onboarding. Outside of work, Michela mentors on ADPList, enjoys reading, and spends Saturdays helping out with customer service at her husband’s phone shop — her favorite bonding ritual.
