Lauren is an engineering leader with over 15 years of experience spanning areas such as emergency medical services and site reliability engineering. She leads the SRE team at Grafana Labs, ensuring the reliability and performance of the databases behind Grafana Cloud’s largest customers. Known for her passion for building resilient & high-performing teams, Lauren brings a unique perspective shaped by her diverse background. When she’s not working, she enjoys time with her daughter, knitting, visiting farmers’ markets, and reading.
