Justin Fuller

Justin Fuller is a Staff Software Engineer at The New York Times, where he works on Developer AI. He has 11 years of software engineering experience, including seven at The Times. Over the past year, he has helped lead the organization’s adoption of generative AI tooling, including launching Claude Code, an internal Claude Code marketplace, a customizable AI pull request reviewer, and a platform for background agents. He also leads training on agentic development workflows and is working on scaling automated AI code review and building an organization-wide evaluation platform to make data-driven decisions about AI tools and models.
