His work supports Databricks’ global platform and helps product teams ship new capabilities with confidence.

Previously, he led platform engineering at Harness and was a Tech Lead at Google, working on large-scale distributed systems. Drawing on this experience, Gaurav focuses on platform engineering as a lever for reducing developer toil, improving reliability, and enabling teams to move faster as organizations scale.
