Andrew Lawson

Andrew is a Staff Engineer who leads engineering in Monzo’s Payments and Finance systems. His role is centred around identifying large technology or industry risks and opportunities, and working with engineers and others across the organisation at pace to solve them. He works closely with folks in technology and operational risk and with leadership outside of engineering to collectively build world class products.
