She focuses on building scalable quality and risk management practices, improving delivery and release processes, and helping cross-functional teams make quality a shared responsibility rather than a final testing step.

Beyond her engineering role, Tetiana is the founder of a QA education project, where she works with a team of mentors to help people build careers in tech.
