Suzanna Khatchatrian

Suzanna Khatchatrian is Senior Director of Infrastructure and Developer Experience at PagerDuty, leading reliability, operational cost, and AI-powered developer experience. She is also executive sponsor for Elevate, PagerDuty’s ERG advancing the careers of women-identifying employees. Previously, she was Senior Director of Data Engineering at Slack, where she also founded a proactive Product Security team delivering secure-by-default libraries and services. Suzanna spent nearly two decades at IBM and played a critical role in leading various IBM Analytics products. A founding member of AIWA’s San Francisco affiliate, she serves on its board leading scholarship and internship programs. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and an M.S. in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon.
