Rolando is currently working in the world of agile product development in FinTech, with a focus on Developer Productivity. He has extensive experience in Tech Leadership, Software Engineering, Project Management, Strategic Planning, and IT Coaching across various industries: Finance/Banking/FinTech, People & Talent, TELCO, EdTech, Retail, and eCommerce (OTA/Travel industry). He considers himself a seasoned Tech Leader and Software Engineer. He is also an enthusiast of TDD, Kubernetes (k8s), Kotlin, Golang, and DevSecOps. Building teams and crafting software are not just duties of my profession, they are two of his greatest passions.
