Dr. Robert Lübke is an engineering leader with more than 15 years of experience building software, teams, and platforms in fast-growing technology companies. Most recently, as Director of Engineering at Pleo, he led teams focused on developer experience, engineering productivity, and the shared foundations that help product teams move quickly and safely. His work spans technical strategy, organisational design, leadership development, and large-scale change. Robert is particularly interested in creating environments where engineers can do their best work and where teams deliver meaningful outcomes.
