Polly McEldowney

Polly likes building cool stuff for phones and solving difficult problems by collaborating with nice people. She currently works on Firefox for Android, a lovely web browser that values user privacy and choice and doesn’t use Chromium. Before Mozilla Polly worked at the BBC for 12 years on such delightful apps as BBC Sounds, iPlayer Radio and some tv based versions of iPlayer. Her other interests include, but are not exclusively limited to, knitting, playing board games, running, sewing, making bad puns, reading sci-fi and fantasy books, watching telly, going to the pub and eating crisps.
