Monica is a Director of Engineering at Supercritical.
Monica has spent most of her career in the messy middle of early-stage startups — building engineering teams, shaping product direction, and designing the lightweight processes that keep small companies moving fast. She’s worked across seed to Series B in healthtech and climatetech, moving between hands-on delivery, engineering management, and product leadership. She is particularly interested in figuring out why teams are stuck, turning debates into decisions, and treating process as experiment.
