Lucy Woodhead

Lucy is an engineering manager at Treatwell, where she loves empowering her team to build great software for consumers. Having worked previously as a software developer in multiple sectors, Lucy is keen to create a great experience for both developers and customers, and participates in many initiatives to create inclusive and diverse environments. Lucy recently taught a ‘learn to code’ course at Treatwell and helped to run the internal hackathon, bringing together colleagues from all areas.

Outside of tech Lucy enjoys dancing, travelling, and starting side projects!
